This is a note to tell everyone how great the "Car-Store" is.I'm writing this letter to tell you the awesome service and treatment that I received from the "Car-Store" owned by Matt (and Chris). I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on the 401 while on vacation with my wife and two children ages 5 and 10. My first thought was how much would I be taken for. This is when I pulled off the highway and saw that the Car-Store was still open at 4 p.m. on a Saturday.
Matt gave me a loaner car as well as directing me to a nearby hotel. He even called to make sure there were rooms available. So on Sunday around noon I was told I could get my car. I arrived and my car was ready to go. The repair took 2 1/2 hours to fix. My estimate was for $150, so I was pleasantly surprised when the bill was $100 plus taxes. I hope the citizens of Guelph can appreciate a fine person and a garage as great as this. I am from Windsor and would gladly take my car for repairs to this fine establishment if located here.
Again, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the "Car-Store" for doing an excellent job and not charging me the big bucks.
